Phil,
Just left you a message but wanted to follow-up with an email.
A few discrepancies were noted between the new impact sheets and the PCN application. Please see the following:
• The response letter #5 indicates that rip rap will be added to stabilize the stream at Impact 1. However, Impact
Site 1(plan sheet) does not indicate a permanent stream impact. Will the rip-rap be used below the normal high
water level? If so, then you do not need to list as a permanent impact.
• Impact Site 7 (plan sheet) Zone 2 impacts (both permanent and temporary) do not match the PCN application.
And just out of curiosity, why are the impacts for Buffer Impact Site 1 Zone 1 impacts so much less that in the original
application?
Sorry for the delayed comments. I was just going through one last time as I wrote the approval letter and found these little
discrepancies.
