Since then, it has come to our attention that the PCN contained an error in Section VI.4, namely the stream name in the table inadvertently included "UT to". Note that the written description in Section VI.1 was correct. After bringing this to his attention, Daryl Lamb of the WSRO asked us to resubmit page 9 of the PCN with the correct stream name in the table. Four (4) copies of revised page 9 are enclosed for your distribution with the previously submitted PCN's. At his direction, we are sending a copy directly to Mr. Lamb for his file.
