I am reviewing all mitigation bankers' credit ledgers to ensure that all bankers are accurately debiting and crediting their mitigation sales. I have come across some difficulties in my ability to review these ledgers, and I would like to share some of my recommendations for you that would help me in my review process. I have also shared recommendations to other bankers regarding their credit ledgers. If you wouldn't mind implementing some of these recommendations, I would be very grateful. Here are my comments: 1) The ledgers are difficult to read in the small font size you have chosen. I recommend deleting the following columns to allow for a bigger font size: Date (all that I need from Flat Swamp is the date the DWQ Balance Email was Sent), Transaction Number, Customer Address, Local Government Contact. (These columns are not needed for DWQ review) 2) You are not required to put the Regulatory Atuthorities at the top of your ledgers unless that is something you would like to do. Making these changes would be very beneficial for my review and I would be extremely appreciative. Let me know if you have any questions. I received a telephone call today from my client, Ms. Lisa Murray, requesting that I withdraw our request for Ledger transfer for the FSMB 2011-ooo9 agreement for the transfer of 258 nitrogen pounds for the Atlantic Medical Group project at this time. Apparently, the amount of nitrogen pounds of credit required to offset the project is incorrect. They are currently in the process of determining the correct amount at this time. Please confirm my request.
