This letter is with reference to the DWQ letter dated December 29, 2006 requesting additional
information concerning the application package submitted to you by our office on Mr.
Zimmerman's behalf.
Please find enclosed copies of the USGS Top map of Buxton, Dare County Soils Survey map and
vicinity map indicating the subject site.
Also, our client Steve Zimmerman, has no intentions of increasing the proposed impervious areas
beyond 30%. Any change in site plans to increase impervious areas would be directed to N.C.
Division of Water Quality Stormwater Unit.
