We have modified the foot print of the house and are hoping with a variance on Zone 2 to present a workable area to the Health Dept. for both house and septic fields. We've had the lot mowed and will have the four corners of the house staked out by Monday. Your help in making this lot workable for the Owner to build on is appreciated.
