As discussed earlier this morning regarding the reguest for a variance on
Riparian Buffer Zone 2, attached is:
• Stream Origin/buffer Applicability Determination form
• Copy of plat survey by Hood Richardson, PA dated 8 August 2022
• Partial plat showing proposed footprint location 1A and encroachment into
buffer zone 2 by 11 feet.
• Subdivision map of area with Lot 38, registered and recorded Plat cabinet F,
Slide 81-7, 16 July 2001 at Beaufort County Register of Deeds
With setbacks, CAMA and Riparian buffer zones combined with Dept. of Health
for septic fields it leaves no room for a house of any livable size. We have modified the
foot print of the house and are hoping with a variance on Zone 2 to present a workable
area to the Health Dept. for both house and septic fields.
We've had the lot mowed and will have the four corners of the house staked out
by Monday.
Your help in making this lot workable for the Owner to build on is appreciated.
