Sorry I didn't get back to you yesterday about the Bragg Street project.
We will be issuing a 401 WQC as well as a buffer authorization for this project so the stream impacts on the PCN and
NWP13 reference can remain.
All you need to change is the text in the PCN to match the plans as it relates to the outfall location.
Also, since you explained that this is not a dissipator pad proposed at the outlet, please explain how the stream banks
will not erode due to replacing with a larger pipe.
