Laurie,
I'm a little surprised that the "Request for More information" was received as I thought that this permit request would
be approved quickly since we're trying to repair an existing problem not receive approval of a proposed impact. I've
copied Lauren on this email as she's seen the existing erosional feature that needs repair and I would think agree that
the area should be fixed now. I'm letting you know this because I did not budget time to go through this level of detail
for DWQ approval to make this repair. I will need to go back to my client to request additional expenses to address your
comments which will take time as this needs to go through the Chastain HOA. I'll proceed however you say but the
intent of this PCN was to gain quick approval to make the needed repair promptly. Let me know if you can waive these
comments and approve the PCN as submitted. Thanks.
