A hard cagy didn`t come down and it wasn't brought to my attention till the "tardy" list carne down. I pulled it off RIMS
on irine 27th and contacted the guys via phone regarding photos. As soon as the photos carne in, I issued. I don't think
an off idai void was ever placed.

Sorry, one more question about a different project -11-0396. Did we put this project on hold? I see in your approval
letter you reference info received on July 11 and then you issued on July 12, but we did not have any copy of a letter or
email putting the project on hold and extending the clock past July 4.
