Thank you and Mr. Richmond for your support in filing my PCN form with your
department for landscaping work on my property at 114 Chuckwagon Drive, Lot 2052
Lake Royale.
Mr. Richmond was very helpful to the landscaping contractor and me in understanding
the effects of our work and for correctly filling out the application.
I plan to build a small home on this land in September 2011. Before construction of the
home begins, I need to clear some trees and put in a gravel walkway on existing
construction clearance. Once the home is constructed, I need to install a rain garden
to control run-off from the home and driveway. Some of this work occurs in the
Riparian Buffer Zone.
I have a previous permit from 2008 when the shoreline was stabilized with hand-fitted
rip-rap. The reference number is on the form.
Please find attached my completed PCN form, along with a plan for the work to be
done. The work would begin in August of 2011, and finish with the rain garden and
replacement planning of vegetation by March of 2012.
