1. Please provide an updated site plan showing all of the stormwater BMPs that will be used on the
site for stormwater quality and quantity control.
2. Please provide calculations of the flows that will be discharged from the two wet detention ponds
to the proposed level spreaders.
3. Please ensure that the proposed level spreaders meet the design requirements set forth in Chapter
8 of the North Carolina Stormwater BMP Manual, available at:
http://portal.ncdenr.org/web/wq/ws/su/bmp-manua1. For each proposed level spreader, please
include one LS-VFS Supplement Form, available at: http://portal.ncdenr.org/web/wq/ws/su/bmp-
manual. Please include the Required Items checklist and all items listed therein.
