On-Site Determination for Applicability to the Neuse Riparian Area Protection Rules (15A NCAC 2B
.0233)-EXPRESS REVIEW PROGRAM
On April 19, 2007, at the request of Mr. Todd Preuninger of Withers & Ravenel, an on-site determination was
conducted to review one stream feature located on the subject property for applicability to the Neuse Buffer Rules
(15A NCAC 2B .0233). The feature is labeled as "A" on the attached map, initialed by Lia Myott on Apri123,
2007. The Division of Water Quality (DWQ) has determined that the following:
During the site visit it was apparent that a determination had previously been made on feature "A";
therefore, no new determination can be made on the same stream without going through a formal appeal
process. The determination was intermittent and subject to the Neuse Buffer Rule. A flag stating the
determination was found at a head cut in the stream and a new flag, labeled "A 1 ", was hung by Lia Myott
to more clearly mark the location.
