examine it and said he had no issues with it.

Both sides of the bank of the creek was fortified with heavy rock for approx 25 - 30 feet

Under ordinary circumstances, the temporary bridge and other temporary modifications to the property would, in accordance of the terms of the
contract, be removed after the project is completed. It is to my advantage to have it left in place. The contracting company is willing to do that
providing it can be legally relieved of the responsibility for having to remove it.
