Land use is residential. The stream has some erosion and the banks have started to undercut.

The project is intended to stop the erosion and the undercutting of the stream banks

The project will include regrading approximately 135' of stream bank at a 3:1 slope. A 2'x 2' trench will be excavated at
the toe of the bank, lined with filter fabric and filled with Class- B rip-rap.The banks will be seeded and replanted with
woody vegetation. The grading work will be preformed with an ecavator.
