Preservation Mechanism Upon receiving USACE written confirmation that the mitigation site has been deemed successful, the Permittee will cause to be recorded, in the Pender County Register of Deeds, a USACE approved Conservation Declaration and accompanying preservation exhibit. And, within 30 days of said written USACE confirmation, a copy of the recorded documents will be submitted to the agencies. C. Certification of Completion Upon completion of work at the mitigation site, the Permittee will submit the Certification of Completion (see Appendix F) to the 401/Wetlands Unit, North Carolina Division of Water Quality, 1650 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC, 27699-1601. 7.0 CLOSING In closing, it is the hope of the Permittee and Southern Environmental Group that the information found within and attached to this document will satisfy the agencies' request for a final Croomsbridge Road Mitigation Plan. With that said, the signature of each agency below indicates this mitigation plan is acceptable to the USACE and DWQ and authorizes the Permittee to commence work, at the Croomsbridge Road mitigation site.
