B. Preservation Mechanism
Upon receiving USACE written confirmation that the mitigation site has been deemed successful,
the Permittee will cause to be recorded, in the Pender County Register of Deeds, a USACE approved
Conservation Declaration and accompanying preservation exhibit. And, within 30 days of said
written USACE confirmation, a copy of the recorded documents will be submitted to the agencies.
C. Certification of Completion
Upon completion of work at the mitigation site, the Permittee will submit the Certification of
Completion (see Appendix F) to the 401/Wetlands Unit, North Carolina Division of Water Quality,
1650 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC, 27699-1601.
7.0 CLOSING
In closing, it is the hope of the Permittee and Southern Environmental Group that the information found
within and attached to this document will satisfy the agencies' request for a final Croomsbridge Road
Mitigation Plan. With that said, the signature of each agency below indicates this mitigation plan is
acceptable to the USACE and DWQ and authorizes the Permittee to commence work, at the
Croomsbridge Road mitigation site.
