Ian-
Per our conversation this morning, please find attached the revised sheet 6 of 12 of the previously submitted PCN. The
revisions to Section 3 include: removing the check mark on "intermittent"; adding a check box for "ephemeral"; adding
1,533LF to the total impact cell (LF and acres both shown); and adding "ephemeral" to the comments.
Also based upon our conversation, the permit fee for this is $240, therefore no additional permit fee is required.
Last, the copy of your return letter I received was an unsigned copy via e-mail. Is it safe to assume the entire application
package is on its way to me in the mail by now? Or do you still have the package in your office and you can just insert this
revised sheet in the PCN application itself? If it is already in the mail on the way here, should I resubmit it to you with this
revised sheet or take it directly to the regional office?
Thank you for the help-
