To perfrom maintenance and prevent saniatry sewage from spilling into the tributary of Stirrup Iron Creek

The contractor will bypass the sewer flow and replace the clay pipe with ductile iron pipe. The contractor will use
transition couplings and restrained joints to secure the pipe. Th econtractor wil replace the soil on the banks and tamp
down.
