Dear Mr. Bartlett:
On November 3, 2006, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your application dated November 1, 2006, to
impact 0.356 acres of wetland to construct the proposed stream restoration and enhancement at the site. On
December 18, 2006, the DWQ sent correspondence to you requesting additional information and placing your
project on hold. On December 29, 2006, the DWQ received correspondence from your agent, Kimley-Horn and
Associates, indicating that that you did want to continue to pursue permitting for this project and that the requested
information would be forthcoming and therefore this project will remain on hold until we receive the requested
additional information.
This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or protected
buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application are not authorized (at this time) by the
DWQ. Please call Ms. Cyndi Karoly or Mr. Ian McMillan at 919-733-1786 if you have any questions regarding or
