06-1739 Stoney Creek Park Wayne 11/9/2006 12/14/06 NW 27 Hold: Please provide a
detailed plan of all construction activity within the riparian buffer, IE. Bridges,
hiking trails, grading, ect. Please provide information in cross section detail
about the water controll structures leaving the pond area and how diffuse flow will
be achieved. DWQ was contacted by USAGE about the project and indicated that the
project could not be issued under a NW27, Please send DWQ the modifications that
the USAGE has requested.
