All wastewater was conveved to the Citv of Newton's WWTP for final treatment/disposal. The facility would require significant construction upgrades prior to operation. The last compliance evaluation inspection at this facility was performed by DWR staff on 11/17/17. Comment: The site vegetation was well maintained and several feet of freeboard was being maintained in the concrete structures.
