Discharge Monitoring Reports (eDMRs) were reviewed for the period September 2019 through Octobel 2020. A weekly average effluent BOD violation was reported in May 2020. The ORC will modify the internal chain of custody form to include the time effluent samples are placed in the refrigerator to verify proper preservation within 15-minutes of sample collection (Reference: 40 CFR 136.3 Table II). City staff also transports sludge (4 loads per week) to the Regional Compost facility from a dedicated thickener located at the City of Newton's WWTP.
