work fo! them to fill out. No one ever told me the lake form was REQUIRED instead of the PCN form.
Can we call hire and apologize and tell him to send it right back in as it was and we'll accept it. He's going to be seriously

Hey Laurie,
I received a permit app. a week ago that came to me instead of CO. I sent the check and one copy to you but I don't see
it in BIMS yet. These people on High Rock are crazy eager for their permits because the lake is down and will only be for
a short time. Can you tell me if it made it to you? I don't see it in BIMS yet but maybe it's still in a stack there?
It's called Diamond Land Enterprises, excavation on High Rock Lake. I can't read the signature on the last page. They
used the big PCN form but only submitted the pages that they actually filled out. Thanks.
