associated reaps are received at the DWQ Central Office in Raleigh along with the appropriate
fee. Please remit four (4) more application sets.
® The appropriate fee to remit for this lake project is $240 made payable to NC DENR - DWQ.
Please submit this information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter. This letter only addresses
the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or protected buffers.
