On behalf of Highcroft Village Investors, I am requesting that the Highcroft Village Outfall PCN, submitted on October 15,
2010, be withdrawn. We will be revising the project scope to encompass the Highcroft Village Phase II along with the
proposed sewer line and submit a new PCN for the project.
