Dear Mr. Hilkert:
In order for DWQ to further process your application, some
additional
information is required.
Application Item III. requires a vicinity map. No such map was
included.
Application Item III. requires plans of the proposed impact. There
is
specific language regarding sizing of this information for DWQ's
use.
The submitted drawings lack detail sufficient to reveiw.
Application Item III. 7. requires that the nearest body of water be
indicated. this item is blank.
Application Item V. requests a discription of future developement
plans. Some form of description of the future developement area
indicated on the submitted plans, and possible impacts from this
developement needs to be included.
Application Item X. requires a discussion regarding stormwater
management for the project. As this project appears to be in the
Water
Supply Watershed, an Individual State Stormwater permit may be
required. Additionally, the submitted discussion references
standard
Erosion and Sediment Control practices, but does not address the
long
term stormwater management techniques.
Application Item XI. requires a discussion as to how wastewater will
be
handled. This item is blank.
The above information must be submitted to my attention at the
following
address prior to November 15th, 2004. Should the information not be
submitted in a timely manner, the application will be returned as
incomplete.
