Contractor had completed rock removal work on the first spread footer and had started work on the second. Work was halted due to high water. Work was continuing on the other bent sites. Fill material was being placed on the east side of the river for the east end bent. All sediment and erosion control measures appeared to be operating properly. Continue to maintain erosion control devices and continue with seeding and matting as required to protect State surface waters. B-3335 NCSR 1134 (Joyce Kilmer Road) December 2010
