OK I chatted with Ian and we agree that we will accept the Town of Morrisville's approval of the SW wetlands to meet
the diffuse flow requirements. This approval is still pending. So you could issue a conditional buffer approval based on
getting Morrisville's approved SW plan or you could wait to approve until the Town has approved the SW plan.

Let's chat about this one. They are putting all the SW into SW wetlands that look to be designed well. They are going to
be reviewed/approved by the Town of Morrisville, which is a certified community. We don't have duplicity of effort for
buffers on one hand (an argument for me to conduct my own review of the SW wetlands). But on the other hand it
seems silly to do a duplicative review of the SW wetland just because they avoided the surface waters but still have
buffer impacts.
There is some minor grading w/in the buffer for WL 2 but it doesn't give me any heartburn.
