Ivey Ferguson Bank Parcel
Dear Mr. Cordello:
The Division of Water Quality (DWQ) has reviewed the Ivey Ferguson Bank Parcel Development Package
(BPDP), dated September 2010 and received by DWQ on October 1, 2010. On November 15, 2010, the public
comment period concluded for the Ivey Ferguson BPDP. No comments were received during the comment
period.
This letter signifies DWQ's approval of your BPDP for the above referenced site. Please provide a draft
conservation easement for our review of this bank parcel. We will then inform you in writing once it is approved
by the State Attorney General's Office or if any changes are requested.
As per the UMBI, signed by the Director on October 2, 2009, the initial release of (20%) of credits would occur
following approval of the BPDP, recording of the conservation easement and purchase of a performance bond.
You are encouraged to use the conservation easement language from the Carl Lloyd Parcel since that has been
through the AG's review and approval.
