I've `reviewed your application dated received August 7, 2009 requesting a Corps NW 12 permit for the installation of
water and sewer lines on the B-5129 and B-4594 bridge replacement projects in Pamlico County. These activities do not
require written concurrence from DWQ provided the conditions in Water Quality Certification 3699 (attached) can be
