This project was state funded so the City of Winston Salem[Kent Wall—336-747-7454] transferred the
review/inspection over to INC DEMLR [Tamera Eplinl on September 12th 2019[see email below].
The state reviewed the drawings and approved the permit. The reviewer did say the COW grading/erosion permit was
sent in the file for reference but that it was no longer under there umbrella if my understanding is correct.
I also checked my records, the title, eNOI and eNOT all say the correct name "Pegram Landing Limited
Partnership". What do we do to get the system name to match the forms?

I hope you all are doing well this morning. I have attached my inspection report that documents my site
inspection this past Tuesday. Unfortunately, I will no longer oversee the erosion control on this site since there
is government funding involved.
NC DEMLR will be looking over the erosion control from this date forward. Our project file will be handed off
