Hi Chris,
Thanks again for sending that document! Most of the required items are included in the SWPPP you sent. However, I
didn't see a certification that stormwater outfalls have been evaluated for the presence of non-stormwater discharges
or re-evaluation of BMP effectiveness. Please note that both of those items have to be completed annually as part of the
annual SWPPP update.
This is definitely a major improvement, and quite thorough! Once we have those other items (which you can send
separately from the main SWPPP), I think we'll be good to go.

Attached you will find a PDF of our proposed SWPPP to meet the deficiencies noted in NOD-2020-PC-0500. There is a
scaled map included in the printed version on file in the EOHS department, however I did not include it in the version I
am sending to you sue to the size of the document.

Please review and approve. Once I receive your approval I will have the Responsible Party forms signed and
incorporated into our on -site version. Thank you again for your assistance in helping me comply with this new role.
