attached and below is the follow up retraction for part of the initial
comment. I sent all the comments to Amin for his 30 day response time.

In our original response (12/9) concerning Mayo River State Park and the work
on the ponds. We thought the very lower most pond was right next to the
River.
After our conservation on 12-14-2010, we now understand that there is a pond

between the proposed work and the river. Therefore, we can retract our
recommendation for T&E surveys, as they are no longer needed to evaluate the
project. No surveys will be required for this work.
However, we still remain concerned that appropriate erosion and sediment
controls are used to prevent sediments from migrating to the Mayo River.
Therefore, we concur with your original determination. Let me know if you
have further questions or require additional information. Thanks for your
patience.
