Inspection Summary:
WSRO personnel conducted a site visit on December 31, 2020. The site was well maintained and in good condition. No
concerns were observed at either the monitoring wells or the injection wells. Based on the apparent stability of the
contaminant plume, the remediation system was shut down on July 27, 2017. Currently fourteen onsite monitoring wells
along with two offsite monitoring wells are sampled annually. The building that houses the remediation equipment was also
inspected. The equipment, consisting of a compressor, stabilization tank, and an air -stripper, appear to be in good
condition.
