This comment is in response to the above stated violation.
PACT STATEMENT:
The fecal sample of September 29,2020 was 5200 col/100 ml
A second sample was taken on October 3,2020 and it result
was 6 coI/100 ml. The geometric mean average of the 2 samples gave a result
less than 400 coU100 ml for that week. Thus,the month of September,2020
is compliant This information was noted in the comment section of the eDMR
of September 2020.
CORRECTIVE ACTION:
Checked clarity of shields to UV bulbs and bulbs.
