recommend renewing the one with the correct owner (NCC192120). Then terminate the COC that has the incorrect one

Thanks for clarifying. Legend Oaks Partners, LLC and Robuck Homes Triangle, LLC are divisions of the same parent
company. For these lots the correct owner is Legend Oaks Partners, LLC. Robuck Homes Triangle, LLC is the builder.
Currently we have the following:
• Current NCG01-2020-5264 in the name of Robuck Homes
• Expired NCG01-2019-2120 in the name of Legend Oaks Partners
Can we change the owner on 5264 to Legend Oaks Partners? If so, please tell me how. If not, I will cancel 5264 and
renew 2120.
Please let me know the best way to proceed.

NCC192120 is issued to a different entity (Legend Oaks Partners, LLC) for lots 4&5. Is this the same site/lots the other
permit COC covers (issued to Robuck Homes Triangle, LLC)?
If so, someone from Legend Oaks Partners, LLC needs to file a Notice of Termination:

If the later permit (NCC205264) is not for the same site (perhaps it covers different lots?), but lots 4&5 are closed
out/completed, someone from Legend Oaks Partners, LLC still needs to file a Notice of Termination with final close-out
inspection documents from Chatham County:
NOT requests will be handled in January.
