The Division received your request to rescind the subject Certificate of Coverage (CoC). We do not
object to this request.
NPDES CoC NCG510535 is hereby rescinded, effective immediately. This message is to close the
file for the Division, and for your records.
If in the future your company wishes to discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters,
you must first apply for and receive a new NPDES permit.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, simply reply to this message.
PLEASE NOTE: as part of the Division's conversion to paperless communication, this email is the
only notification you will be sent regarding the CoC rescission. No hard copy will be mailed.

Charles, on behalf of YRC, Inc., we would like to cancel this UST General NPDEs Permit. This permit is no longer needed
because the treatment system's treatment efficiency has reduced and we are planning to conduct BioRem 2000
injections at the site to "polish off' the residual free product. Is this something you can help with, or can you guide me
in the right direction?
Please call me if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Steve

Charles,
The MRO is Okay with rescinding this permit. They are changing to injection remediation methods to treat the
remaining petroleum contamination.
They may use some of the existing wells for the injection event. Permit W10300398 is the permit that was issued.
Regards,
Ed
