David,
The Corps has claimed the ditches within the southern portion of the
study area as linear jurisdictional wetlands, including the feature
shown on the maps (sheet 1 and 2) as BL25/S32 We therefore have a
connection between the stream (fix, sheet 2) and features below

David,
I have attached the buffer letter with comments as we discussed on
phone This should clarify any discrepancies in the table I will
notify you as soon as we meet with the Corps and have their final
approval of the delineation We can then proceed to finalize your
call
of feature BL25/S32
Thanks

Jens,
I have completed a draft buffer applicability letter for the Global
TransPark rail extension project When you get time, please review the
letter and if you see anything that does not appear to be as we
discussed, please let me know and we can it discuss further
Also, I spoke to John Dorney about the ephemeral portion of BL25/S32
with regard to the ponded area under the railroad tracks near where
the
rail siding is located He indicated that he would not consider it
perennial but ephemeral based on the characteristics of the feature
morphology upstream and downstream, and since it was most likely due
to
the railroad crossing itself Therefore, none of this portion of
BL25/S32 is buffered If you have any further questions please let me
know Thank you
