Enclosed, please find five (5) copies of the 401/404 application (PCN form) and
Agent Authorization Form. A check for the application review fee is also enclosed.
This project is to install 147 linear feet of new seawall at a private residence on Lake
Toxaway, Transylvania County, North Carolina. Lake Toxaway is a private lake and is
classified as B; Trout. A trout buffer variance, if required, will be submitted under
separate cover to the NCDENR - Division of Land Resources.
