This letter is to serve as verification that we received a request for more information from your office dated
March 27, 2006, regarding the above referenced project. We are planning to provide the requested
additional information and request that the application not be withdrawn.
One of the items of additional information requested is a documentation from DWQ regarding an
intermittent/perennial stream determination. We have scheduled a site visit with Lauren Cobb on May 23,
2007, to make the determination. Therefore, we anticipate providing the requested additional information
to your office on June 1, 2007.
