Market Street in Greensboro, North Carolina. The active permit number is NC0003671. We have attached the following items required for the permit renewal: o EPA Form 1 o EPA Form 2C with Tables A through E o Site plan showing topographic map,outfall location,waste storage area and nearby waterbodies o Tabulation of historical analytical data o Line drawing showing flows and treatment units We are waiting for the December 2020 laboratory analyses which will include the typical monthly parameters specified in the permit, as well as the additional permit renewal required analyses of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD),Total Organic Carbon(TOC),Ammonia (as N),Temperature and pH. Therefore,we did not report these parameters in Table A of Form 2C. We answered question 7.1 on Form 2C as NO,we are not requesting a waiver,and we replied YES,for question 7.3,since we plan on reporting these results in an addendum when the results are received.
