The only 404-401 impacts remaining now are 01 and 02 which total 500 square feet (on Figure 5). All other impacts are riparian buffers (B1 through B10) and are clearly marked on the figures. I will scan and email the revised figures tonight, and bring paper copies of Text+Figs to our meeting tomorrow. We'll need to discuss how much of the forest buffer impact (Old Stony left abutment area) is permanent versus how much can be re-forested after construction. The buffer mitigation requirement stated on page 11, section 6 assumes worst case for now (7590 s.f). The mitigation fee is $1 per sq.ft, so the more land you can reforest, the less mitigation you'll need to pay. We will meet at Old Stony Creek Dam on Tues Nov 30 at 1:30 pm, then go see Lake Cammack. Lisa - The Old Stony Dam RWI will not be operating during the dam repairs. The City will use only Lake Macintosh for water supply until the Old Stony repairs are complete. This may obviate the need for you to see the site, but of course you're still welcome to join us. Map 1: to Old Stony Dam From Raleigh/Durham take 1-85 exit 150 north onto Trollingwood Rd, towards Town of Haw River. Turn LEFT on US-70, then turn RIGHT on Roma Rd just-past the NC-49 intersection.
