NOAA's National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) reviewed the projects described in the
public notice(s) listed below.
Based on the information in the public notice(s), the proposed project(s) would NOT occur in the
vicinity of essential fish habitat (EFH) designated by the South Atlantic Fishery Management
Council or NMFS. We also anticipate that any adverse effects that might occur from the
project(s) to NOAA trust resources would be minimal. Consequently, NMFS offers no EFH
conservation recommendations pursuant to the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and
Management Act and no recommendations under the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act.
