If so, they probably won't be grass swales very long....! Project number is 10-0898. You said you were concerned with the grassed swales that were draining pastures. I'm not sure I agree, the swales are the consultants suggestion to improve the current situation of straight ditches to the easement and instead design a grassed swale to treat any runoff. In addition, these are coming from pastures, not bare lots. I will ask them to comment on the ditch from the feedlot into the easement but I think that they've already addressed the swales. If you feel strongly I'm more than willing to talk about it via phone. Just let me know.
