If you are good with it, I'm cool. Any idea if the cows will be allowed to go in the swales? If so, they probably won't be
grass swales very long....!

Eric,
You sent me some comments on this project: I don't have an a-copy, just printed them out for my file. Project number
is 10-0898. You said you were concerned with the grassed swales that were draining pastures. I'm not sure I agree, the
swales are the consultants suggestion to improve the current situation of straight ditches to the easement and instead
design a grassed swale to treat any runoff. In addition, these are coming from pastures, not bare lots.
I will ask them to comment on the ditch from the feedlot into the easement but I think that they've already addressed
the swales. If you feel strongly I'm more than willing to talk about it via phone. Just let me know.
