Union County Public Works (UCPW) proposes to construct the new Yadkin Regional Water
Treatment Plant (WTP) on a 49-acre parcel as part of the Yadkin Regional Water Supply Project
(YRWSP). Enclosed please find an application for a post -construction stormwater permit for the site.
Enclosed are the following:

■ Stormwater Treatment/Management Narrative
■ Figures
■ Calculations
■ 2 copies of plans
■ Soils and Geotechnical Information (geotechnical report is included on CD due to size)
■ Property deed
■ Check in the amount of $505 for permit fee
