On behalf of the City of Trinity, we have enclosed the following items fo V0vmt al:
Five (5) copies of the Pre-Construction Notification Application;
Five (5) copies of the USGS quad sheet for this location with all impacts identified;
Two (2) full-size and three (3) half-size sets of construction plans;
Check in the amount of $240.00 for the review fee;
-l'his project will involve the construction of approximately 586 I.f. of 8-inch gravity sewer and 9,770
I.f. of 6-inch force main. The proposed system will sewEi Trinity Furniture and is not intended to
accommodate future growth or development.
The proposed sewer line installation will result in one (1) temporary irnpact to an unnamed tributary
of the Uwharrie River. The impact will total 25 feet for a temporary stream crossing. The design of
this project involved avoidance and minimization of all impacts to waters of the state, and impacts
which could not be avoided are only temporary and shall be stabilized per the enclosed plans.
If yoga or your staff have any questions or require additional information, please do not hesitate to
call our office, or email me at Imeadows(cDdmp-inc.com. We appreciate your assistance in this
