Crack in grout joint in Aeration Basin.

We have pumped down the basin to stop the leak and the joint will be sealed this week.

Hydrated lime has been spread on the area where the spill occurred.
Action Taken or Proposed to be Taken to Prevent Occurrences:
After repair is made this area will be checked daily to make sure the new grout holds.
Additional Comments About the Event:
The outer ring that was leaking has not been used in 20 years and is isolated from the other 2 rings no
process water has entered this outer ring since the valve was closed.
