The MRO would like to extend our thanks to Brandon Long and Brian Stephens for their time and
assistance during the November 16, 2020, inspection. Enclosed you will find the report for the
compliance inspection. The treatment and disposal system appear to be performing well.
The facility was found to be in compliance with the permit.
A section of fence that surrounds the treatment system and lagoon area was damaged as a result of a tree
falling on the fencing. The damaged fence area will need to be repaired to remain in compliance with the
permit.
The permit is scheduled to expire on June 30, 2021. Please submit the permit renewal application no later
than, 180 days before the permit expiration date.
