Good afternoon Mr. Beck,
Thank you very much for meeting onsite with me and Mike Meloy today for the inspection at Veolia ES Technical
Solutions, LLC. As we discussed, no issues were found during the inspection, and the site is in compliance with NPDES
Individual Industrial Stormwater Permit No. NCS000175. The inspection letter and report are attached.
In addition to the inspection documents, I have also attached a copy of the final permit that has been issued for Veolia
ES Technical Solutions, LLC, as well as a cover letter for the new permit. The new permit will become effective on
January 1, 2021. Please let me know if you should have any questions regarding the inspection or the permit renewal.
All of the documents that are attached to this email will also be sent to you via USPS. I look forward to working with you
