Dear Mr. Setzer: Op October 7, 2010, 1 inspected the construction work on Upward Road between US Highway 176 and Howard Gap Road in Henderson County. Most of the construction was taking place between Interstate 26 and Howard Gap Road and construction is taking place on the culvert near US 176. S I diment and erosion control measures appeared to be in good condition. Please ensure that all sediment and erosion control structures are maintained and that seeding and mulching are performed as needed to protect downstream waters. Construction has started on culvert near US 176. The stormwater control pond is almost complete additional work is being completed to fill on each side of the spillway.
