RE: Wetland Permit SAW-2010-00257 The Province at Greenville
Dear Emily,
I am writing to notify you that there will no longer be any wetland impacts associated with The
Province at Greenville, permit SAW-2010-00257. We have been unable to obtain a CLOMR
from FEMA / State of NC for the floodway fill and have decided to abandon the floodway /
wetland fill under the CLOMR and reconfigure and downsize our plan to avoid any impacts to
wetland and floodway. We will therefore not need to purchase mitigation as there will be no
wetland impacts associated with our project.
I certainly appreciate your working together with Edwards Communities and EMH&T
throughout the process. Although we have a reduced the size of the project, we are hopeful to
bring successful student housing to ECU.
