Is Justin still the correct legally responsible person? You just want the email address associated with him to be
[e-mail] ?
You see, there are two email addresses associated with each construction permit record:
Permittee Legally Responsible Individual email, and
Site Contact email
Unfortunately we do not have a "billing email address" associated with a permit record. I am just trying to confirm
whether Justin is no longer the correct primary email contact, because if not, it is important to complete the
Modification request and provide the signed form with a new individual. If you are just requesting that we send invoices
to the above email address instead of directly to Justin, we don't have a good way to do that with our current system,
unfortunately.

Justin Levine is listed as the legally responsible individual for this permit. If that is no longer the case, you must fill out
the Modification form and have the new legally responsible person sign a form that is uploaded with that. You must also
provide all new contact information for the new individual (name, email, phone, mailing address, and street
address). You can either email that to me separately or use the Additional Info box on the form for that.
